Departments

In the Kartei software, a user documentation guide has been developed specifically for HR Managers, detailing how they can establish, modify, and delete departments. This feature offers a high level of flexibility, enabling the HR department to adapt the organizational structure in response to the evolving needs of the company.

Each department that is set up within the system has the ability to assign a leader. This ensures that there is always a point of contact for each department, improving communication and accountability within the organization. Department leaders can be easily assigned, re-assigned, or removed as needed, making it a dynamic tool that facilitates effective department management.

Creation

  1. Go to Company > Departments
  2. Click on New (right Corner)
  3. Fill out the Department form.

Adding Employees

Users can not directly be added from a department. You need to navigate to the employee edit them and add the department to them.
